Off to see the Run Coach

Just before Christmas I took myself off to see my old friend @mrruncoach to discuss his training techniques leading up to the London marathon 2015. I looked at his diet so that he can transfer to a fat burning energy method quicker and more effectively to reduce the impact of 'the wall' (the point were glycogen is depleted from your muscles) and he's going to try several of my suggestions.

It was also interesting to hear how he has adapted his training from being an elite triathlete and bi-athlete to marathon running. I'll be on the streets of London in April cheering him on.
