Training with Rob Solly encompasses more than your session. Together we will unlock what it is you want to achieve. As a qualified nutritionist* and active bio-hacker we'll explore your diet, stress levels, sleep and a variety of other factors so that we can maximise your training and improve your health and vitality.

AGILITY
Being able to move properly is a basic but often under practiced skill. We will work together to create a confident spring in your step, improve balance and overall body movement. With a knowledge of yoga and Dr. Kelly Starrett's self-aligning/correcting techniques we'll unlock the body to a supple state.


HEALTH
Physical training raises your heart rate, can improve strength, stamina and stature. But health is a vitality that comes from within. A balance that improves your immune system, cell regeneration, blood circulation and mental well being. This will be what we are aiming towards.


PERFORMANCE
Once you've experienced the proper technique and have access to the correct information then we can strive towards out-performing yourself. We will always push a little harder, a little smarter, so that you can feel the benfits of training and see what you have achieved.
