Bobby's banana cake

Here's the recipe I use for banana cake. Delicous with some organic yoghurt or even a blob of ben & jerry's.

4 ripe bananas

200 grams gluten free flour

1 free range egg

100 grams unrefined caster sugar

10 grams Stevia

1 teaspoon of gluten free baking powder

50 grams organic butter

Optional additions

Cinnamon

Cocoa Nibs

Heat for 30 - 40 minutes in oven 180 C or 350 F
