Thoughts on boot camp

Last night I watched a boot camp on Blackheath after I finished training (as I do sometimes) and noted how many people training had poor technique, sometimes their technique was even a problem to their body. I'm not down on boot camp, I like the challenge, pressure and outdoor scenario but without a proper frame or an introduction to the technique of the exercise involved it's crazy. Sometimes the trainee is even doing damage to their bodies front loading their ACL or 'shagging' the floor to do press-ups. So before starting a boot camp go get the proper information and practice the techniques that you'll be doing. it doesn't matter how tired you are technique is everything!
