This video is from session 5 with Matt, so halfway through the 10 session Fight University introduction. As you can see his feet are moving, his punching is active in both defence and attack combinations, his grappling, although rudimentary is real and creates an understanding of what it is to grapple/wrestle. Tune back in for the video at 10 sessions as Matt completes the first semester in fight University.

We create a safe, fun and ideal to learn and understand that fighting is a feeling and one that flows when you feel confident. Fight University is for both men and women.

Via the proper technique, the correct information and your enthusiasm I can take anybody from novice to understanding the discipline of the fighting arts in ten 45 minute sessions. I will get your feet moving, your hands firing, your reactions and depth perception on point and we'll explore all the areas that could be encountered. This seems a bold statement but check back for Matt at session 10 and there are others not far behind.
