The run coach, Matthew Rushbrook, took just under 20 minutes off his London Marathon time and completed the 2015 London Marathon without training as much as he did last year. This year he trained smarter with better preperation and diet. The next plan is sub 2 hours 30 minutes next year. He'll do it, watch this space.
