Land like a dancer

Just watched this video by the NYU Langone Medical Centre that I have to share about reducing ACL injuries by your landing technique. Athletes often concentrate on the mechanics of how to jump high, long etc but spend little time on thinking about their landing mechanic. I've heard that Parkour employ similar techniques and some of their landings are incredible and stylish.
