7 Days Without Sugar - Complete

Mission complete. After 7 days without sugar I felt fine. It's not a long enough period for the effects to really take hold but, for me, it was mental as I always ate dark chocolate in the evening or a bag of buttons in the cinema. What I have carried forwards is the removal of honey from my porridge which I usually have mid-morning. I don't miss it so that's a small change to cutting back the refined sugars in my diet. And that's exactly how to approach this remove it, then see what you don't miss or ways in which you can gradually change and as a result optimise your diet.

I was never hungry as I ate more of the good stuff and my body fat (via looking at my abs) was notably lower. Now onto 14 days.
