7 Days Without Sugar

As from today I'm removing all refined sugars from my diet so anything with sugar and added sugar have been completely removed. No more bought salsa, so I've made my own with tomatoes, onion, mint, chilli and lime. Now I've got to learn how to make houmous as most shop bought has added sugar in some form or another. Once this is over I plan to do 14 then 21 days without sugar too. They may be a little trickier but hey, it's what bio-hacking is all about.
