"As a Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist  and lover of all things that nurture and yet challenge my body and mind, I was keen to explore what Rob had to offer. I was intrigued by his similar holistic approach to health and fitness but his very different path to achieve it. I wanted to reinvent my comfort zone and Rob has certainly helped me do that. Rob’s passion for health and fitness makes his sessions unique and addictive as he always shares his extensive research and experience and is open to discussion. There aren’t many people who could draw me out for training in the pouring rain but with his humour and energy the sessions are a pleasure in any conditions. The sessions have taken my personal training to another level, and I have even incorporated some of Rob’s techniques in to my Yoga classes too (with reference to his skills of course!). I’m always looking for new challenges and Rob always delivers."
